This class is designed to help South Carolina real estate professionals navigate transactions involving LLCs, corporations, trusts, estates, and other non-individual sellers or buyers. The class explains how to identify proper signing authority, recognize required documentation, and spot common issues that can delay or derail a closing. Agents will learn practical questions to ask upfront to reduce risk and protect their clients.

No Show Policy

Our continuing education classes are free for Western Upstate Association members, and have limited availability. If you register for an event and do not attend, you will be assessed a $25 no show fee. If you are unable to attend, please let us know 24 hours before the event begins to avoid this fee and so someone else can fill your spot. Thank you!
